Closed on 5 properties today!! Business is good!!
Closed on 5 properties today, that's a new record for me. The most ever in one setting. I think the title company likes me... Purchased 3 and sold 2 others. Total profits off the two sold was just over $22,000. Not huge profits, but I'll take it and flip it again. Business is good!! #KeepGrinding

Did you use private money to close the 3 deals?
A strategy that has worked for me, I buy 100 to 400 unit deals, is to create a press release or send an email to your investor list keeping them in the loop on what great things you have been up too.
Kinda like a deal diary.
This way it keeps your current investors in the "know" and those that are prospects, you are politely sharing in your copy what they are missing out on. Make sure to include a strong CTA ("call to action") so the prospects feel compelled to reach out to you so they don't miss out on the next opportunity.
