real estate agent problem please help

I working with a buyer that just move from ALT, he want to rent and buy later, im trying to have him buy now because south florida  market in rise up slowly,  plus also great investment for him in future, how could I convince him to buy?

For someone new to the area, it may be best for him to rent first until he knows where he prefers to live more permanently. You may do better for both you and your client by helping him find a short-term or month-to-month rental while he acclimates to the area.
