Hard money financing on long-term rentals
Hey all, I wanted to reach out this afternoon to get some opinions/experience on hard money lending for long term rental holds. Use personal cash for purchase price of house & personal loan from bank for rehab? Or hard money lender for the cost of most of the project and then pay the balloon after 13 months after the refinance? Thoughts?
