I am looking at a 4 family which was recently condemed. I can get it for a real bargain but 1. it has a buried oil tank 2. I do rehabs, never did new construction?

Unless you are up for a real financial adventure, stay away. In these cases, what you know is not even close to what you don't know.... but then, this is one man's opinion...
