Would you buy rentals in Kilgore or gladewater texas?
We have a few properties in near by Longview and we're considering extending into Gladewater and Kilgore texas as well. Would appreciate any insight anyone might be able to provide regarding the economy and rent potential in those areas. My realtor thinks they would be good investments however I would appreciate feedback from others.
