Hello,

I've been searching these forums last a month and found a "ton" of information. My partner and I have 3 condos in Hallandale, Sunny Isles Beach and Coral Springs since 2010. We are looking to buy more buy-and-keep options with good NOI. Where is the best place to find a good deals? Auctions, MLS, RE agents, Zillow, Craiglists, wholesale…..? We also would be interested to buy properties for flips. Can someone on this forum offer service for rehab? We are from CANADA and it will be long-distance relationship. Any advices would be appreciated J
