Can Somebody please give me some advise on land contacts 1) I understand you have put a down payment if 10%.. ?.. so is there going to be equity into this property? 2) is this consider to be ours ( owner ) 3) if you have a contract for a 12 year span.. what is our guarantee we will receive the deed. 4) I was told I could pick my own property is this true.. 5). last one😊😊😊--- when apply for anything is on our credit for proof of payments on time. when a creditor ask do you rent or buy...??????
