Can't get actuals from broker
Hi there,
I think I've found a great deal on an 8-plex, but the broker says she can't get the actuals. How hard should I push to get these? It looks like a good deal based on the 50% rule, plus the rents are low. The owners are not local and appear to just want to get rid of it. It's been neglected and they just have one of the tenants managing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
