Advice appreciated Can't get actuals from broker
Hi there,
I think I've found a great deal on an 8-plex, but the broker is telling me that she can't get the actuals. It's still a good deal based on the 50% rule and the rents are way below market. The owners are not local and seem to just want to get rid of it. They currently have a tenant managing it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
