Working through a deal in Lithonia, Ga?
Looking for a little help on this lead I have in Lithonia, Ga! I have a house worth about 65-70k fixed up in city of Lithonia. House needs about 25k worth of work. I know I can get the seller to sell for around 30k but thats not leaving any meat on the bones. He wants me to just list the house and see if anyone wants to either buy it, fix it, and rent it or buy it, fix it, and live in it. Either way after repairs are done you will be right at the ARV value. Any different angles to pursue this one?
