Good Saturday morning I have a potential client who has outgrown their home and the home has outgrown their budget. They are 3 payments behind getting ready to make a payment. I have some ideas to help them but wanted to seek some advice from this wonderful community. They aren't opposed to selling wholesale but need some finances from the sale to help give them a restart to the next move. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
