Two more pennies on the pile. Early start to a great day. Got up early yesterday and wrapped up two deals I've been working on. It don't matter if I'm buying a 50 unit portfolio, or just a single townhouse. I love it. I love every thing about the process. I love making deals!

First deal is Fredericksburg Virginia, paid 95k, rents for $1,200, needs new carpet:

Next deal is in Stafford Virginia, paid 109k, will rent it for $1,300. It's going to need 8k in repairs:
