Do you predict DETROIT and surrounding areas homes to continue to drop in price and if so for how many years.
With that in mind I want to take my time and come across the best deal I can so that I will have a minimal risk as a 1st time investment.
It seems that all the real estate agents buy the houses around here.
Basically it seems like the majority of "so called investors" are agents in disguise.
