Hello. I looked at a 2 br 1 bath house that is around 900 sq ft on valley road near oconomowoc Wisconsin. It is located on the north shores of silver lake with around 50' of frontage. It has a 1.5 car detached garage and an unfinished attic that I would be turning into an addition bedroom. Any realtors out there in the Oconomowoc, Waukesha, delafield Milwaukee area have any good figures? Thanks
