I would like to chat with him. I have  experience in modular and have not been able to make the shipping containers work as of yet. I know they are starting to loosen up a lot of the restrictions as this building methodology. Financing has been the challenge, they will not finance. If that has changed I would be interested to know. 

My project in Portland 100% modular.
