Who do you rely on to get the home priced for quick sale on your B-C transactions?
Do you do your own valuations? Estimates for repairs?
What is your pricing strategy say on a home that would retail 230K within 60 days? Good neighborhood and needs 20K repairs. (roof and some paint) Roof is still ok but is beginning to peel up at edges of shingles.
What incentives do you offer to make every effort to have it sold before you close?
