Just bought 3 properties at tax auction
Just bought my first 3 properties all at once! Winning bids in Sullivan County NY tax auction on two parcels of land (one 5 acre and one 10 acre), and also paid literally almost nothing for a house with some fire damage.
Looking to just sell the land at market value, and flip the house.
