New Investor Rental Analysis Feedback
Hello BP community!
I am new to the site but am excited to begin engaging and learning more about investing. I'm a 24 year old working in the real estate industry in Washington, DC. I have become entrenched in learning about how to evaluate deals. A partner and I are starting an investment group and looking to purchase our first property before the new year. I have developed a spreadsheet and would absolutely love some feedback from the more seasoned veterans! Please, take a look and let me know if I'm on track!
