Seeking advice on home purchase
Hi, I am hoping someone may be able to provide some helpful guidance.. I am a newbie.. trying to purchase a home for my mom in Florida.. Found a house that checks all of our boxes, but found out it has not been occupied in 9 years. Owner was living with their ill mother.. they have done work over the years (new roof, new AC, new floors, painted, etc), but I have reservations about the fact that they have owned it so long with no-one living in it. There is a home warranty offered.. do you think that will cover anything that could go wrong? Any advice or areas of concern would be greatly appreciated.. many thanks in advance! Dawn
