Rehab Valuator vs. BiggerPockets Deal Analysis Tools

I'm considering getting a paid membership to either Rehab Valuator or BiggerPockets for access to their Deal Analysis tools. Anybody have experience with both and an opinion on which is a better choice?

My personal opinion is that Rehabvaluator is the best software I’ve come across! Daniil is one of the hardest working people I know and he spends a lot of time updating and creating new features that work for real use! The reason for this is that he is actually doing deals and using this software on a daily basis in his business! Their mastermind is also one of the best groups I’ve ever been a part of!
