REO home in South FL, decent neighborhood, decent house outside( built in 2008). Missing a/c unit, both toilets, kitchen sink( no pun intended ), hot water heater, cabinets, part of the back fence. List price $119K(arv comps at $135K). I offered $53K. Their response? No less than $95K. Oh really? What do you think?

I was thinking the same thing. "NEXT". For Charles the house has been listed for about two weeks. A couple of days ago I was the only offer. All of a sudden they have a much higher offer on the table. Really?
