Duplex in a college town
I have a duplex in a Flagstaff Az that are both 1 bed 1 bath. I currently have one side rented for $1050/month with the beast tenant ever. Owner has to move because of his job and is living in the other side. Currently listed for $340k. Bus stop is right in front of the duplex and it’s close to the university.
