@Marcus Drew That will depend on your comfort level. Different neighborhoods attract different clientele. The key is to find an area that fits your personality and you feel comfortable working in. You may want to network with a few active investors in the area to hear their experiences. Also, property managers can tell you a lot about the different neighborhoods as well. Good luck!
