Trying to buy first investment property

Hey guys, 

My name is joel and im 21 years old. I really want to get into real estate and im trying to get my first property by the end of this year. 

But i am having trouble understanding the financing part of it.

I have a regular 9-5 job not making much money. 

How do i do this where do i go from here? 

Can anyone walk me through the loan processes?
