Monitor Topic

I'm so sorry if this is a no brainer....I'm trying to figure out how to recall the topics I'm monitoring. I know at the top of any forum topic, there's a box to click if you want to monitor that particular topic. I can't figureout how to recall those topics I've clicked on. It might be because I just can't figure it out or that it's midnight and I'm still up....regardless, any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks all!!!
