Help with deal analysis.
- can someone help me analyze this deal. This is my first true analysis that I have tried and I don't know if I am even close to having the numbers right.
4 : 2 bedroom one bath units, one has been updated and ready to rent out at upper end of range for the area. The three other units have not been updated and are rented at 560 on a month to month.
No major repairs needed.
Asking price is 189k
Offer 160k cash
