Climate Controlled Storage Units
I live in an area with a high demand for storage units as well as storage space for RV's/Boats, etc. However I have noticed there are no storage properties with climate controlled units in the area. Is this something worth looking deeper into? Im not sure what the pros and cons would be on these types of deals as I've only done smaller multi-family projects.
