Before and after rehab cost estimates
Hello!
So I’m hoping to get repetitions on estimating rehab costs by maybe looking at some before and after pictures along with rehab costs associated with them.
If folks in the past have been so gracious as to share that much information on their past rehab projects, I would be very grateful for anyone who can direct me to such examples or a resource. I just bought J Scott’s books on flipping and the cost estimator (thought it would be helpful even though it’s estimated numbers are from 2013).
