Is it possible to get a cash out refi with a ARV of 20K
Hello BP!! I'am looking at a single family home that needs about 5k in rehab the purchase price is 8k. The ARV is about 20k to 25k. It will cash flow about 400.00 a month after expenses. I was wondering if I can get a cash out refi in the future for 20K if I wanted to buy a second property ?
