[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Hello BP,
I'm looking for a partner to invest in a multi-family deal on the Big Island of Hawaii. This property is close to the University of Hawaii and great rental potential for college students. There are 2 units currently 2bd2ba with tenants to pay for utilities.
There is even more potential to have a higher COC return if price can be negotiated further.
I look forward to partnering with an investor on this and other future deals in Hawaii!
