Need Help Thanks ! New To Real Estate
Hello everyone new to the BiggerPockets forum & community and fairly new to real estate as well, but Fortunate enough I came across not one but TWO Wholesale Deals. Both are Single Family Homes located in a well curbed community with public schools & universities around. Almost ideal for bringing up a family. Surrounding homes going for upward 180-200K. Closed the deal on a fair price to me given the investment into the property basically with a little bit of work these properties would have an ARV of those same compatible homes. My Asking price is 80K. Would this be a good deal to a smart investor? Thanks in advance for the advice!
