[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
I have been messing around with these calculators and plugging deals in that i find. I am curious if the one i posted is accurate. I under estimated rents and over estimated expenses. I am new and i am working on finding my first property. I am a sponge and would appreciate any and all guidance!
