Hello, I’m looking for my first real estate investment and I found a property that caught my eye. This house is a 2173 sq ft ,9 bedrooms, 3 full bath and i am thinking It can be converted into a duplex or triplex very easily. It looks like It will need a lot of repairs/ upgrades. The owner is asking for 109,500. Is this a good investment?
