3rd Rental thanks to BP
I guess I would never think that my experience and interest will grow towards real estate after BP info regarding rentals. I got my 3rd Rental for $10.750 2b 1.5 bath 2-story townhouse, renovated it my way (my cost with closing and reno around $19.8k), rent it the last day of reno for $650 / month, got 6 month up front rent, $400 deposit - ( they liked it soo much ) and moving on to next one!
