Help me analyze this deal The Loop Chicago, IL
Hello all,
I am new to the Chicago market and just started analyzing deals near downtown (the loop). Was hoping to get some feedback on this property near the financial district. The operating costs seem high to me, and I am not sure what operating expenses are necessary when you pay a HOA fee. Looking for any advice when analyzing in the future too. Thank you!
