It was listed for 127k. The comps are running about 150k. The buyer has rehabed it beautifully with granite counters, wood flooring, landscaping, paint, and remodeled the bathrooms. Long story short, she has a home that is exactly how she wants it, with no mortgage, and still walked in with equity. :lol:
