Second investment that was a buy and hold

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in High Point.
Purchase price: $6,250
Cash invested: $8,000
Sale price: $12,500
This was my second investment deal. I bought this duplex and held on for the rental income for a year. Got to the point where I wanted to buy something bigger and sold this to start a better project.
