@Antonio Guimaraes I did, I closed on my first 3 family home in December of 2019. Best decision I have ever made. I am an owner occupant, living on the first floor and renting the other 2. My advice is to take your time screening tenants and make sure you get good reliable people. Are you looking to do a owner/ occupancy?
