Sale price: $149,900
Single Family home in Hammond. Full gut rehab including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, Roof, sidings, bathrooms, flooring and Kitchen. It was challenging since property had major city violations and structural issues. It was fun and learning experience which eventually paid off.....

Could have done better in terms of time management. Very challenging to manage such a large project remotely.
