I am in the process of closing one single family property and during short sell process (3 month) Roof of the Property damaged because of the storm. Who need to repair that damage..? bank or short sell person, how to proceed with this kind of scenario..? I am in 12 days inspection period...

The bank is not involved other than to say okay to payout on closing. It would be the seller or you would have to change the price because of damage and get bank to okay it.
