First deal in real estate
My wIfe and I have 100k in equity in our house should I use an home equity loan to get in to real estate? Because we have 24k in debt or should I wait to pay my debt first? and then sell the house since we need a bigger house because we have 4 kids and the house only has 3 rooms any advice? (Sorry for my spelling english is my second language lol)
