A great complex we closed on in November, this takes our group to 48 units!
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
We found the deal through a private listing with the best brokers in the area here in Knoxville.
How did you finance this deal?
We received financing through a portfolio bank in Knoxville.
How did you add value to the deal?
We are currently raising rents to market value as well as providing extremely fast service. We are also renovating some of the units.
What was the outcome?
Ongoing, but outperforming our goals.
Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
Goldman Partners Realty and CitizensBank 24 based in Tennessee.
