Purchase price: $750,000
Cash invested: $220,000
This property is a project. 18 unit renovation happening now when reno and rent increases are done. This property will cashflow 8k+ monthly. reno cost is around 200k(bank loaned :p)
Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
Taunton Federal Credit union made the magic happen here lending use over 900k for reno and purchase.
i was my own agent on this deal.

@Carlos Baez 2 bedrooms will often fetch $1000, sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on the neighborhood. You may have already met a damn good property manager who handles Providence and Fall River. Jimmy Murray of Lyon Property Management.
