Vacant City Lot Utilization
I am contemplating a .11 acre city lot. (Listed at $9,900)
All utilities including municipal sewer and water availability. Close highway access in an older industrial area of town. Any ideas of how what I could do with an area of that size? Small storage garage? I understand it would depend on zoning.
Fresh College Grad - Don’t have a lot of cash to throw around, but I am looking to make my first leap.
