Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Interested on holding and renting single and multifamily homes.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My goal is to have financial freedom and to retire at 50 yrs old

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found my first deal through real estate agent but did not have a good negotiation because the house is in a A class neighborhood and i didn't know better at the time.

What was the outcome?

My house is already rented and it is been managed by a manager company in Texas.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Now my price range for my next investment depends on ROI. Nothing else.

@Mike Krieg Thanks Mike. I am very exited. I just invested on Hawkeye Community College campus. These are apartments for students. I am very exited because  I will get a 12% of my investment in 5 years. Now i am trying to collect ( or look for) money for my next investment . I want to invest on a single house or a duplex for my next move :)
