Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Kansas City.

Purchased 9 duplexes that have a mixture of rehab required. Expected to finish by Mid 2019 and then, BRRRR!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Space for Equity growth and with the right rehab xx% increased rents

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Leveraged Agent to find and review the deal

How did you finance this deal?

With investment partners

How did you add value to the deal?

Rehabbing vacant units, lots and lots of landscaping, cleaning streets and the entire neighborhood, encouraged tenants to personalize homes with a contest for Halloween, etc...

What was the outcome?

Still in process but looking good so far

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I'll fill this in one the project is complete.
