After returning from a multi year tour over seas I bought a desirable place to live, a townhome near downtown.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
This wasn't looked at as a deal initially but a desirable place to be located as a younger 20 something. Only after I got married, moved into something else and rented the townhome did I realize it was nice to have a little more cash flow.
