Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Pittston.

Purchase price: $23,000
Cash invested: $45,000
Sale price: $119,000

One of our recent home flips, which net a solid profit to the owner. Assisted investor in locating the home that would net profit. Using in house contracting services to complete the work with buying the home at the right price ended in success.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It is a known fact that real estate plays a big role in the investments of the wealthy. Finding, Fixing, and Flipping houses is one way that people are making their way into real estate investing and furthering their financial security.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Home purchases thru Auction

How did you finance this deal?

Investor used Cash. Finance of America used on many of the home flips

How did you add value to the deal?

Updated Kitchen and Bathrooms
Fresh coat of paint
New Flooring

Home was a Major Trash out. Floor to Ceiling trash. In addition home was smoked in for what appeared to be years. These major challenges were from the start.
