FOund this turnkey property in Cincinnati OH.

Do you think it would be a good one for my first turnkey purchase? Certainly got cashflow and Cash on Cash Return.

I might have said it wrong when I was saying check arv. What I meant was check the comps close to that property. I would say there’s not much around that area that high.
