How many creative deals structures are there?
Has anyone ever put together a categorized reference book for each deal structure that you would pick from and use each time you entertain a new deal? For Example: the bank or lender type you would use, the type of loan, the lending or financing platform, the deal structure with the seller/ buyer etc. This would be a great tool and if there is one please some one clue me in.
